Aduna Capital hires from the community it serves. The centerpiece is the intern-to-partner program: a defined path from student intern to analyst to associate to partner-track — with real client work, licensing support, and eventually equity. It exists because the next generation of bilingual fiduciary advisers for this area should come from this area.
Why work here
Real work, immediately
Interns sit in on client preparation, research and firm operations from week one — not a coffee-and-filing internship.
A path, in writing
Intern → analyst → associate → partner-track. Each stage has defined expectations, so advancement doesn't depend on guessing what the boss wants. The full path →
Licensing support
Study support toward the exams required to become an investment adviser representative — because the credential is the gate, and the gate should be open.
A firm you can verify
Fee-only, fiduciary, registered with the California DFPI (CRD #311270). What we tell clients about ourselves is what you'd be joining. Our standard →
Who we look for
Students and early-career people from Norwalk and the surrounding communities — especially bilingual English/Spanish speakers — who are curious about money, rigorous about detail, and motivated by the idea that their neighbours deserve the same quality of advice as anyone in a tower in Century City. A finance degree helps but is not the filter; character and work are.
Openings
Current openings are listed on the open roles page — and we always read applications, listing or not. Students apply through the internship application (one short piece of writing, resume optional). The intern program's structure, stages and expectations are documented on the intern-to-partner page, which is the right place to start. Also for students: the $750 First-Generation Finance Scholarship, and our guide to becoming a financial advisor in California. Counselors and universities: what we offer your students.
