Fee summary
Aduna Capital is fee-only. The firm's investment-management fee is up to 2.00% of assets under management per year, subject to negotiation and generally billed quarterly in arrears. There is no minimum account balance. The firm accepts no commissions, 12b-1 fees, revenue sharing or product fees. Solicitor compensation, when used, is separately disclosed as a conflict. Conflicts of interest
No compensation arrangement eliminates every conflict. The brochure discloses that the firm may recommend custodians partly because of products and services they provide to the firm, may invest in the same securities as clients, and may receive or pay solicitor compensation in disclosed arrangements. The firm addresses these conflicts through disclosure, its Code of Ethics, compliance procedures, personal-trading monitoring and a duty to seek best execution.
Testimonials and endorsements
This website does not display client testimonials or endorsements, and it does not display third-party ratings or rankings. California Code of Regulations title 10, § 260.235(a)(1) prohibits a California state-registered investment adviser from using a testimonial of any kind in its advertising. It is a prohibition, not a disclosure requirement: no disclosure cures a testimonial or an endorsement, so the firm does not publish them and does not intend to. The firm pays no compensation to anyone for a testimonial, an endorsement or a rating, and publishes no performance claims on this site.
