Our commitment
Aduna Capital aims for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is part of how the site is built, not an overlay bolted on afterward: semantic HTML headings, a skip-to-content link on every page, keyboard-reachable navigation and controls, alt text for meaningful images, sufficient colour contrast in the core palette, and text that scales with browser settings.
Known limitations — honestly listed
This is a draft site under active development, and we would rather list its gaps than pretend there are none. Currently known:
- Third-party embeds. The scheduling widget planned for the booking page is built by a vendor; we will evaluate its keyboard and screen-reader behaviour before launch, and the phone number will always work as a full alternative.
- PDF documents. Regulatory PDFs (such as Form ADV) may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. The content is available in accessible form on request, and the same filings are available at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
- Contrast audit incomplete. Amber highlight chips and some figure labels have not yet been verified against the 4.5:1 contrast ratio. Automated checks were run in September 2026 and a formal audit is scheduled.
- Interactive calculators. Planned calculators will need accessible form labels, error messaging and focus management; they will be audited before publication.
- Maps. If a map embed is added to the contact page, a text-based address and directions will always accompany it.
If something blocks you
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us — we will fix it and, in the meantime, give you the same information another way (phone, mail, or accessible document).
